Abstract: An important step in solving the problem of continuous development of professional competence of teachers is the fact that today a priori is the intro-duction of information technology in the system of professional develop-ment. This phenomenon undoubtedly significantly expands and enriches the possibilities of presenting educational materials, adds the opportunity to increase the arsenal of means of their effective saturation, visualization and accessibility.
Description: Continuous professional development of research and teaching staff of higher education institutions (HEI) is seen as one of the key areas of education reform in the context of European integration. "Continuous im¬provement of the system of training and retraining of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers is due to the changing role of man in the modern world, vision of the ideal of human education and new requirements for the quality of human capital in accordance with cultural, spiritual, socio-economic and technological transformations, as well as global, European, national, regional and local challenges. Teaching and advanced training of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers is considered as an important prerequisite for the modernization of education on the basis of understanding the national and foreign experience".
